Adoption Network Cleveland Internship: While at ANC, a non-profit organization in Cleveland, Ohio, I assisted the in-house communications director and was allowed to design, alone, a variety of promotional and merchandising materials for both internal and external uses. I often had to work within ANC’s new design scheme, using specific typfaces and colors on many of the pieces. For an example of a major project, I designed the logo and other materials for Dreams Come True, a program held by ANC that featured a gospel artist. Part of the materials included a CD cover for the featured song, for which the program was named, a version of which the artist uses on a music-purchasing website.
